GH3 bug

Hmm when i try to take on the third quest for GH kq i don know why i cant get it. when i talk to the guard until the last part i dun hav the option to accept the quest so can the gm tell me wads wrong?

I have the same problem as well where the options to accept or decline the quest should be there are just "=" signs.
