"Connection to servers have failed"

I'm new and I just installed Fiesta last night. I've been trying to get on ever since last night, but the problem is that "connection to servers has failed." Before it says that, the X Trap thingy comes up and disappears and then the game loads and goes straight to that screen. Anyone help?
