Quick Question about Echo Cave...

I noticed the other day when I went to mine in Echo Cave that my DMG points in my character window went from 268 to 330 - 357. However, it goes back to normal when I leave. I'm really not complaining, but I just want to know why this happens.

I've seen this. When I'm in Uruga, my m dmg is one low number. When I'm in SoD, my m dmg is the normal higher [number]~[number]. Weird stuff.
