i use zong mobile payments, Ive only done the payment 3 times so far this month (i live in Canada if that helps) but when i tried a fourth time it said that Ive already spent $100 dollars this month and won't let me buy anymore. i have spent $50 last month but that shouldn't be included in this months limit.
