i am able to login and play just fine..all the background graphics and wepon graphics are jsut fine..but, all npc's and other players appear to me as nothing more then blue outlines...is there any way to fix this?:(

It seems that this error is making it's rounds- I don't know where it is, but somewhere on here is a huge list of this error....
On the thread I've got, there's a whole essay about video cards written by Shahared, that might help you. I'm sort of iffy on my video cards however, so I don't know how much it would help.
