My original account was stolen or something cause it does not accept my password anymore and it no longer has my email set as the email address for it so what do i need to do to get it back?

Send a private message or email to a Game Master immediately with the details.They will be able to help you a lot quicker than posting about it on the forums.

The best way for us to investigate this issue is for the user to send us a email. The email address you should contact us is support@outspark.com.

Please include:

1. Login ID
2. First and Last name
3. Email address registered with your account
4. Your IP address
5. The name of the supposed hacker?
6. Any other site you may have visited
7. Details of the last time you were logged in
8. The date of the occurance (best guess)
9. Have you shared your account info?
10. Does anyone in your home use this account?

3 of my guildmates are having this issue as well....I'm not sure if they have gotten it resolved yet but I hope that they contacted you guys soon, we miss them =(

Really sucks that happened. I hope something is done because seems that account is still active and the person who stole it, is still able to use the account. Unless Stef didn't send her email to you guys I don't understand why you have not dealt with the problem already.

Steffie whats your ingame name? I can check to see if you're online by sending you a whisper to see if you're on, maybe we can see if it actually is someone who stole your account... though sadly most of the time they take the items then delete the characters ...._.

My guildies allready spoke with the hacker and everything and it claimed to be me but it obviously isnt =/

yeah, the person using stefanie's account will respond to whispers and local chat, claiming that he/she is the real stefanie, but avoiding real conversations and questions like the plague. also, he/she acts completely oblivious to accusations of being a hacker and struts around elderine and forest of mist doing absolutely nothing.

My guildies who lost thier account too have sent in a request to outspark but they have not gotten a reply yet....one of them sent it a week ago and still no reply =( i hope they fix this asap and give back people their accounts

I really can't do much but comfort you. So that's what I'm gonna do. ^^ Cheer up, it's just a game. I'm sure your account is fine. Just wait, I'm sure the GMs will do something about it. Btw I was from zb as well, though the only time I've seen you online was after zb was disbanded. ^^;

jeez, this is really irritating, one because i've lost a good grinding partner and in-game friend, and two because one of the characters on this stolen account is the genesis guild master. c'mon gms or someone, there's gotta be something you can do.

stef, kaalan came to talk to me in game. he said if you pm him on the forums with screenshots of you being in your account, he'll reset your email so you can reset your password. he knows that the old stefanie and new steffie accounts are the same ip address, and that the ip address currently using the stefanie account doesn't match the old. so pm him. but you have to do it quickly. GO GO GO STEF GO.
