Hmm.. Maybe this should be here, since I'm kinda tired of seeing KS complaint threads... kinda flooding the list of threads up there. I understand how annoying and irritating it can get, but WE ALL KNOW that it is among us. And I'm sure the GMs are trying their best to help us out and get rid of the problem. Just put a little more faith in them, and stop complaining. it'll go away soon enough.
Edit: And instead of just complaining, post pictures of the player who is KSing repeatedly and state who the player actually is ( some times images won't cut it)
And be sure that you have Screen Shots that actually showed you telling/warning him to stop.

When someone usually attempts to make an "official" thread usually its ignored after a day or so then the cycle begins all over again with people flooding the forums with the same topics

Undoubtedly she will. So before she gets here, I will NOT blacklist, but I really wish people would let my archer kite -.-
When you see an archer running through the map repeatedly and telling you "please don't KS" it most likely means they're kiting. So please don't kill their monsters.
