How do I obtain an advanced jon license?

Can you help me out? I'm trying to become a monk and in order to do so, I needed to defeat 20 monkey soldiers, obtain 5 monkey horns, and a advanced class license. I have 2 out of the 3 done. I don't know where to get a advanced class license.

You can get the Advance Class License in any of the armour shops besides Popola.
