i have just signed up 4 the game n both fiesta n sos games r nt working....y is it when i click on my sos shortcut,the screen flashes n the graphics of my monitor became more dull?After that when i tried to log in nothing happened n then i closed the program,a message that said 'See the logfile C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe.log for details.plz help me

Please check these things:
1. Your PC is wthin the minimum system reqiurements.
2. Your internet speed is faster than dial up.
3. Firewall is not blocking your PC from connecting to our servers.
4. Make sure your game client is successfully installed. (may need to be reinstalled)
