i had always found aloes west of essene... but it's been over a year since i played so it's probably changed since then...

on topic: I found some in the first map north of essene, but they dont drop very often... maybe west, as IcyGrip said O_O

They are a random drop on the lower level maps. I think I got a lot on the maps West and North of Essene. Other people have told me Mystra Basin and Mystra Hill drop them often.
