go google it and download it for free ^_^
u can recored 30secs... but u can put everything together at windows movie maker =]

Xfire, Fraps, HyperCam2
The last one is the best, u can record how much u want and the output is very small in size.
(xfire is like 30 seconds = 1GB, but really nice quality)
