When you say "guys", do you literally mean more male players, or more people in general?
'Cause if you mean more male players, then I think it might have to do with your guild name... I mean, "Goddesses of Death" sounds very female-oriented. Male players looking to join a guild would assume that the guild is for girls only.
If you mean people in general, then I would suggest using a white egg in Brynhilld Square to announce that your guild is now accepting new members and anyone interested just has to pm you in-game. If you have yellow eggs, that would be even better.
