it depends on who reads it
like murdock takes only a few minutes to reply on something i sent him if hes on, but toasty never seems to ever reply on his messages..

Well 1st if your talking about sending messages in the forums to their personal email you don't know what they are doing and why they are not responded. You have no clue how many emails our GM's recieve. Now if your talking about CSR which the OP WAS then it depends on the issue and how quick they can resolve it.
