fiesta keeps asking us to report spammers and stuff how do you? GMS I NEED YOUR HELP

fine you want their names off i'll take them off. but when someone asks for help. most of the time its because the NEED IT! and all you can do is criticize my typing? wow. last time i will post on here. i dont need to waste my time asking for help when no help comes. thank you to the few who did try to help my husband and i with our little issue. i think its sad that a game that every hour asks people to report spammers and people who are harrasing and stuff dont tell someone who is new to the game HOW to report them. and when that NOOB asks for help they get criticism instead. and i dont care about blacklisting or whatever you decided to call it. when i yell in game for 5 minutes that i am in need of a GM's help. and go through each GM's name to find no one on. at least the GM names i could find or knew. and i have no idea HOW to contact anyone else for help except on the forum. (and no one in game who did ask me what was wrong could tell me how to report them or get a hold of anyone for that matter) then YES I DID put their names one here for hope that a GM would read it. and also you seem to think that everyone knows how to take screen shots or video of a computer screen. well guess what. i dont know how to. i wouldnt even know what program to use for it. thanks for all the help for the people who did try to help. ALSO. THE PERSON I WAS HAVING THE PROBLEM WITH WAS THE GUILD MASTER!

that`s just too bad starhawk! Why don`t you just join a guild and report them to your guildmaster?

First off, that's quite the block of text there.

Secondly, you need to remove the name of the guild and players, that's blacklisting.

Third, if you decide to report them for harassment, you need to provide proof, either via screenshots or by taking video of what's happening and either clicking the link in my sig or "Support" at the top of the page and clicking "Contact a CSR".

You can report them for harrassment, and I suggest that you do but for future reference, you can block guild invites in the options menu under game settings.

that is the problem, they always come back on another account every day/hour they come with new chartcers, it's realy anoying.
Could fiesta ban there whole pc that they never can make accounts or come on fiesta ?

My "block of text" meant that the OP could, for ease of reading, add some paragraphs or, at the very least, a capital letter when starting a new sentence.

Go to option "ESC" button
press "game setting" button
under game there is one Guild invite button press it and also trade request press it
Than apply

Than all gone. You can choose party invite too but remember to uncheck in KQ. XD I do that to one of my mini because not in a good mood that day when I create her. Later when I play her again and forget all the setting and than wonder why people did not invite me in KQ.

Actually you can accept than look for the guild master and tall him/her. To leave a guild:

Go to community "F" key
go to Guild tab yellow flat on top
Press "Menu" button
choose "Leave Guild"

Truely is when you hit level 20 you can create your own guild too. Than nobody can bother you with spam guild invite again. I put my real life friend in my storage guild so that she don't get spammed by guild invite. But marriage invite I really can't help her. ^-^
