You know, i have a lvl 20 CleverFighter on Teva and i have found out the basics of Fiesta! lol i love it xd!!
I think noobs should get a leetle more help from higher lvl characters
you know, help them more. that`s what an academy is for, right? But i think, players must help the noobs once they are above lvl 45 at least!
anyway, i thought of creating a guild especially to help noobs.
what do you guys think?:)

Well, I'm for it. My friend referred me to this game, and he didn't know much about it himself, so I'm losy at some points.

While I'm 100% for helping lower level players, I don't think a guild is the way to go.
I think academies are better for newer players because they will receive a 5% buff when anyone level 10-40 in the academy levels. This buff is a HUGE boon for lower leveled players, and quiet the perk for higher levels.
If the academy has the resources, they can offer rewards for the academy members.
With the warp to member function for the academy master, it's simple for the academy master to assist academy members in a quest if need be.
Those functions aren't available to a guild master for his/her guild members.
Academy members can't be killed in a guild war. Although this wouldn't be an issue if your helping guild is Exhibition.

Well personally I am always willing to help anybody if they are not asking me to Plevel them. I am always willing to kill a GK if someone ask ^-^

i thought the guild could take in high lvl members and these members could help the noobs in the academy. and when the noobs reach higher levels, they could in turn help the new recruits. i didnt want the noobs to join the guild itself *chuckle*

I mistook what you meant. From your original post, it seems you want to invite new players to a guild to help them.
Yes, that's essentially the point in a guild academy. Though players, games and competition being what they are, it will be difficult to create and maintain a guild built only on helping others. Yes, I am aware of the sad commentary that is on our online society. Also, just a warning, it can get very costly running a successful guild academy.
