I can't go to those places please help me everytime i try it just shows the loading screen and doesn't even load.

You're not the only one, this is a bug - I recommend that you post something in bug reporting, then avoid those areas for now.

just like the topic above you its a bug. like misty said and send in a bug report and avoid it
