Need help : Way of the Mage

Can the GM or anyone help me?
I want to become a mage,
then i had applied the quest

Quest : way of the mage
(bring back 10 wings, 20 feathers, 5 monkey hat and an advance class license)

I have all the items but where can i get this license?
i just need that LICENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can get the Anvanced Class License from any weapon shop besides Popola

Get the Advanced Class License NOT the 2nd Advanced Class License (You need that at level 30)
