How can you see, mob's level/

As title says, I was wondering how you can see which level another character or mob is? Or if not possible how strong or he is.
I died a couple of times just hitting the wrong mob :)

x.x... well when u see the name on red... that mobs are strong for u..
green and yellow that mobs are for u lvl...
and grey ... that so low for u

Player have upper and lower arrow for you to see.

Well we can hope they implement the feature showing monster level soon. In Taiwan, if you click on monster it actually written in number the level of monster.

Try hit and kill mob in Yellow. If you are cleric, you can try something red.

Just for clarification:

Red = A good amount of levels higher than you.
Orange = Not too far ahead of you. (These are good to train on, as are red enemies just about to turn orange)
Yellow = Just about your level. (You usually get quests to kill these)
Green = Opposite of Orange. (Usually easily killed and not worth it really)
Gray = A lot of levels under you. Don't even bother with these since the exp from them is horrible anyway.

It's good to know the level range of the area you're in.
