Does WS have this feature? Do water attacks deliver more damage to fire monsters, for example?
If positive, what are the weaknesses of the other elements?

Yes.
Water > Fire
Fire < Water
Earth > Wind
Wind < Earth

So, Fire and Wind are pretty much the lamest elements because they have no advantages? o_O

nope...
there is no such thing as elemental weakness... i far as i know
there is elemental resistance

so if a monster element is water, all water attacks will dealt less damage on that monster. every other spell does normal damage. and the attacks of the monster will be water base.

accessories give elemental resistance too... so if u got all fire accessories, fire attacks (in pvp) and fire monster attacks will deal less damage on you.

the closest thing to elemental weakness have to be when u reinforce weapon (not armor)
fire and water cancel each other out
earth and wind cancel each other out

Element on Weapons:

It adds up the elemental attack of one weapon especially wand of mages.

Plus Fire
Add attack power to Fire bolt and firewall

Plus Water
Add attack power to Ice bolt and Blizzards

Plus Wind
Add attack to Wind bolt

Plus Earth
Add attack to Stone Wave and Earthquake

Element on Suits

It adds up additional element defense like accessories job.

If the monster is fire use fire accessories to lessen damage of the monster attack
If the monster is water use water accessories to lessen damage of the monster attack
If the monster is earth use earth accessories to lessen damage of the monster attack
If the monster is wind use wind accessories to lessen damage of the monster attack

If monsters in a map are two elements sample water and wind (like in sky bunge)
Use more accessories that can give you higher defense to higher level monster

[clamon is water lvl 69 and gull is wind lvl 71, so better to use more wind accessories than wind]

Use fire defense on PVP and Death Match. It helps a lot.


Element on Hats and WSP Hats

Hat adds defense to player putting stones on it, gives you more benefits like ( depending on the element stones you put and its level 7 class chipped, flawed, flawless, perfected elementrium)

Plus SPR
Plus STR
Plus DEX
Plus INT
Plus maximum MP and HP
Plus weak and strong attack Melee Stone
