Help with Quests..

Ok.. I was just wondering.. What quests are worth doing? I've observed that a lot of people are buying quest items.. Then, I asked my friend.. How do I get those quest items?
My friend told me.. I need to have certain quests active so I could get those required quest items.

So, can someone help me with the quest that are needed for the following?
Whom should I talk to.. Where to find them and What to do or what to kill?

Quest for ff items:

Hydrin Cloren Nitrine Fairy Powder Polluted Souls Soul Stone Fragments Firewood

Pyro Stones Solid Fuel Ubooks Sea Peoples PAges (was that right?) Salt Aloe Butter

Grapes Cheese (if that is needed.. I dunno) Strawberries And other Quest Items that I did not include

here.. Please add if I have missed some.

So.. Yeah.. Where could I find them? Whom Should I talk to to get the quest active? What should I kill? And Where could I kill that monster..

I would appreciate all of your help.

You ask for alot of info, i'll try to help you a bit. Not all quest items can be dropped into your inventory even if you have a quest that includes them.

Hydrin, Cloren, Heiylins that you didn't mention and nitrines are all part of the repair broken hammer/staff quest from the enchanter in either bryn or essene. They can be gotten by killing pigs and lipigs norht and south of cv, and a map or two away from the mythril mine entrances. nitrines can be found in the 3rd level of the mines, who's monsters are too strong and vast in number for someone without the defence to aoe.

Polluted souls are the 2nd part of the punitive mine quests and drop on the 2nd floor of the mines

Pyro stones are a rare drop on the 1st level of cobalt caves

Solid fuel, get the remastos ring quest and you can farm those, training stones, and gleaming pieces by killing star/moon bears and there halloween counterparts north and south of cv and near the mines

Ubooks are only found on the 1st and 2nd floor of the library, have to be lvl 80 to enter and don't drop automaticly

Sea peoples pages drop randomly on the pirates ship, have to be lvl 70 to enter

nitrines drop in beltranin forest, not the mines. I think you were referring to red demon blood. That is an unmentioned quest here and is one of the best quests in the game. You need a red demon blood from houdic(k) on the third floor of the mythril mine. You are best off buying this from someone else if you cannot aoe the mines. You will also need a sealed report which is located near cobalt cave. You wind up gaining a few levels. You have to complete the polluted soul quest and mine quest with guard's helmet, shield, and some other part first. Do not complete this quest if you are planning to farm and sell polluted souls (which are a great money maker when/if you can aoe).

i have heard from a really good friend that nitrines are an automatic drop in the 3rd lvl of the mines, i have not been able to test it myself but that is what i have heard.

I might as well give away a grand secret about Sealed reports, with the last part of the punitive mines quest equipped, up to the point where you get sealed reports. kill any monster in the map north of the south entrance to the mines. It's an automatic drop there
