People?
Luck?

I guess i can say, DreamTeam has been a quiet guild around for a while!
We started cuz we had lots of friends who joined at newb levels, and we all grew to level 60+

I don't think the guilds who win the most wars are the "strongest"
Because you can win EASILY a war by the most unfair ways (shop kill/afk kill/kill people like 30 lvls below yours lol)
so a strong guild to me,is just one who plays fair ect :)

Strong guild is to me people who are fair and caring. They don't need to brag because other people identify them as being strong individually and in group.

Used to be, you could recruit people you made friends with at lower levels and you'd get some really loyal members that way - that's gone to heck with the academy function.

Usually the strongest guilds had heavy SC users as the master and/or top players in the guild. These players spend thousands of dollars on the game, earn a lot of gold, and give away a lot as well. This is what attracts other players who will then stay till higher levels and feel they are in "the best guild."

As the person who uses lots of EXP boost cards yadda yadda yadda levels and has the best gear.. wins in pvp.. their reputation preceeds them.. more high lvl people join their guild.. and voila, strong guild.

There are plenty of smaller "strong guilds" that don't have moneybags guild masters, but they generally have less players. They can become somewhat powerful, but they're known more for simply being a place to meet good friends. It takes a lot of determination from the guild master to coordinate everything, keep recruiting, keep kicking inactive players, etc, though.

I was the guild master for _Illuminati_ for a long time. We weren't the largest or most powerful guild. We had our ups and downs, developed a reputation in game, and a lot of people stayed in our guild till they quit Fiesta. It took a lot of hard work, so finally after 6 months or so, I decided to give it up and merge my guild into a friend's guild. (Merges create large guilds too)

Yeah, u can think that strongest guild are guild that has majority of server's sc users in it but imho, to check what guild strongest members should war without sc. If u cant win without sc> u cant win with them also, if your opponent that stronger then u with BASE stats uses same amount of sc, he/she still would be stronger then u.

So strongest guild> guild that has majority of talanted/hardcore ppl on server, not sc abusers.

A strong guild is a guild that is known server wide and in some cases across servers. It is a guild that no one even dreams of warring except another strong guild. Its members are respected, feared or hated.

wells, recently i haven't see any pure strong guild. the strongest guild and people fear to war is/was a high level with mega sc users. it's sad, but it's true. i wish os will create a guild option which allow both guilds to agree on: allow sc items [means all sc items can be use] or without sc items [means all sc items will be unaffected even if it's has been active before the war or during the war] that ways people will have a fair fight.
