I need help from a gm

My char won't log on and keeps saying map is under maintenance and it also says i'm lvl 60 on the website.......... I was lvl 64 when i logged out of fiesta.... BTW all my alts work besides my fighter SullyEnza

you just have to keeep trying, I get that error at times too. As for the levels, if you gained the 4 levels during may 5-8/9 i believe there was a rollback so youd have to do it all over again

i just was on last night and i was lvl 64 i logged off before the maintenance and it was fine.... it doesn't say i'm in a town and it wont say my char lvl or where i was when i logged out... as in when u click on your char to sign into him

hmm could be a problem then, keep trying and try contacting a csr. GMs dont really pay attention to minor problems

the new gms don't really do much do they.... i remeber snakeeyes and he was one of the best

i also have a major problem it seems that after ilogged out yesterday something hppened and i cant even log on to any of my accounts says my outspark is outmoded ND I NEED TO DOWNLOAD SO I HAVE DONE THAT 10 TIMES AND STILL GETTING THE SAME MESSAGE

:mad: I was going to suggest to uninstall then reinstall game but since it's only Sully that's bugging I'm not sure that would change anything, but you never know... have you tried that? My poor SullyEnza, how am I suppose to play without my hubby, that is just wrong!!!! *muah* :p

I don't think it has anything to do with maintainence.The character profile on the website updates really slow.I deleted a character once,say, Mr.X,and created a new one called Mr.Y.It has been a week since I deleted it and the website still shows Mr.X and NOT Mr.Y.So I think you do not have problems with your character's level.
