You should submit a ticket to CSR's for this, not post in forums. I am sorry, but I do not know the link.....

Is the raccoon not in your sc bag? And does it show you bought it in purchase history?
If so send a ticket.
If you mean; you bought a perma raccoon and are angry it still must be feed on sc (so not really perma), then; many threads on that subject have been created, it's just something you have to deal with.

sometimes its best to post here because if there is a store problem it will get their attention
but it would also be better if you said it in a different way like bought something from store didnt recive it not that they stole your money lol

I would go fill out a ticket and tell them what happened. Outspark Staff are very helpful and would look into it but ranting about it on forums is kinda pointless. xD Not to be mean but what can we do about it?
