What does it mean when it says Duration: 30 Days? Does that mean you pay that much just to keep the item 30 Days?? The reason im asking is because I am wanting the Angel Set. But i dont want to waste 10 bucks in SparkCash if im not gonna get to keep the item i buy.

It literally means what it is written. That is a timed item. Unless it says permanent, it will expire.

Also, it's 30 days real time, not in-game time. So, if you buy an item and activate it, then don't log in for a week, your item is still ticking down the time.

I'd suggest you keep a look out for when permanent items costume wise are available in the cash shop, as they are from time to time. They're more expensive then the duration suits, but worth it in my opinion. The permanent Sensei suits and Sakura costumes were a bit over 10k sc when they were available, but they feature crit, and crit on a permanent item in my opinion is priceless. =)
