Hmm Freezes..

I'm having a problem getting on...I get on and then i go to choose a character to make and once i hit the thing to make that class it freezes then i gotta reboot. x_x So i don't know what to do..

I have the same issue, the game was working fine before I put in a new mother board and reinstalled windows. Im not yet ready to blame the hardware lol.
