several min long lags

the lags r like several min and then it dc. its happens all the time. and sometimes it dc just as i log on. its goten to the point where i cant do anything beacuse i die or it takes an hour to get from uruga gate to the quest people IN uruga. please help.

Iv lost 13% because it. I cant mob or fight because when i do it lags for like a min and i die. It stops all the icons on my screen flicker then screen turns white and it goes but by then im dead im tired of losing exp when i cant even fight back please help.
