Sand Beach Chest (Teva)

Me and a few others were in Sand Beach and we found a chest but it spawned out in the non accessable areas so no one could get it, we asked around and it seems it always spawns there, can someone fix that please :)

There's a chest like that on Apoline in Sand Beach as well. I'vee found it at least 5 times where it was not accessible. I pm'ed Steam about it one day, and he told me that they're aware of it and that they will be fixing it soon.
