wut lvl / wut requirements and where do u go to class change

For your first class you have to be lvl 16. Go to Arcarina's Square and talk to Reinmoth in the center and choose to apply for a class, and choose the one you want. You will be warped to the guild; talk to the person at the top of the screen and he will tell you the stats requirements you need for that class.

Yes but you get the option of reseting your stats when you request the class change.
