I don't know if this has happened to anyone else or if it was a one time thing, but i had opened a shop in Elderine and was killed by some dragons while shop was open. When I respawned, i could not access items in inventory. I tired going to a different zone and still the same thing. The only thing that worked was logging off and logging back on.
