I log in and it takes me to a blank character selection screen, so I click create, then I think this is where the screen goes black like everybody elses, but I have a window that pops up eveytime it detects an error. It can tell me why it poped up and this is what it said:

I dont know if it helps but if I go into technical details about the error it says that this file will be sent with the report: C:\DOCUME~1\(my account name)\LOCALS~1\Temp\b11d_appcompat.txt
also I use Windows XP, I have upgraded my drivers, gotten the latest version of DirectX and I do not know how to get OpenGL. I have 3 options when the window comes up. Dubug, Send, and Don't send. I usually click debug because it closes the program but opens the Launcher back up. If I click send or don't send it will just close the program. If I do click debug then close the Launcher window another window pops up that says: see the logfile 'C:\program files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe.log' there is no logfile but there is a outspark.exe textfile, although I cannot understand its contents. I have also reinstalled the game client several times. I hope I have provided enough information for you to help. If not please ask and I will do my best to answer.
