ok i need some help coming up with rules before we can start as i have never done this before but it should be fun i think so uh help? its a role playing thingy each person commands their own space pirate ship

Then her 4th fleet commander erick eats a sandwich and says this filth is awfull and kills the head chef. Take over that star cluster thats an order erick we need a base to defend against the marines in sector zeta of the sol sytem.
