Empowering skills......... dot dot dot

Ok So i am currently lvl 21

And i have yet to use any of my empowering skills...

I was thinking of saveing them for end game and useing them on more powereful spells...

I have been reading and hearing most people use the lvl 1 spells and what not...

But what do be use at the higher lvls.? and what not.

Anyways, any help would be nice ;p

I put 5 points into cooldown of MM, 5 points into +dmg of Firebolt, save the rest for lvl 50+ skills. I use lvl 1 spells because the are way more mana efficient. I use high lvl firebolt, ice whatever, and lightning for GW and solo grinding because they do a lot more dmg.
