No comment, lifeless.

Ok, I don't usually comment on this kind of junk but when a 15 year old punk feels they know enough about life to say someone else has none after never having met (me for example since I am on this list) one of the people talked about here, I can't stay quiet forever. I got this same BS last time I was capping my archer but I didn't say anything then either.

This time around, I am putting in some long days but not every day. There seems to be no end to this cap raise unlike the last one where it was possible in a little over a week. I did put in long days during that cap raise.
I probably grind hard for about 5,6, or 7 hours with an occasional 10-12 hour day.

What I do in my spare time should be no concern of yours. Just know, I started working when I was a punk even younger than you with nothing. Now i'm in my late 30's and I never have to work a day again in my life if I choose not to. I didn't do that while having no life.

BTW, CL--I consider karvaj's post a flame directed at me

You do realize that this person saying this is mostly jealous and that's the only way he/she knew how to express their envy.

I am also over 30... I spend all of my free time on lvling my chars on Fiesta.

I'm jealous of people who CAN sit in a chair and grind however they like, because it means for whatever reason they don't have to deal with a 9-5 every day! Now THAT I am jealous of xD.

i already wanna use my lvl95 gear.

and calling people "lifeless", is a way to start a fight
people choose to do with their life w.e they feel like doing, if they are happy doing it, who are you to call them "lifeless" persons?
i see less life in the people that like to critize others over stupid shiit.
getting into other's business like it was theirs, like they have something smart and helpful to say.

Don't listen to them recurve, if someone enjoys to do something, do it.

Chicken Little you know I <3 you, but I don't see where any of the top leveled players (with the exception of maybe one >.<") is bragging about his/her level or stamina to grind 4 days straight. As for the racing, it's not a race to me nor a few other ones that I know of. We are merely making use of the irl money that we have spent on this game as hoozey has said many times already.

All of us have our own styles of playing and grinding as well as different reasons why we do what we do. If we want to grind endlessly w/o quests in order to reach our own personal Fiesta goals, who are any of you to judge (=

Some of you seem to forget a little something called dedication. Everyone has goals, everyone has something they wish to strive for, and in relation to that, something that drives them to do things others can't.

When OB first started, I pretty much hardcored my way to cap. That's right, I spent hours grinding with my party. We discussed which maps would be best to grind on and which spawn points were most efficient for grouping and aoeing. We also knew that the faster we leveled, the higher the chances of the high level maps being empty. And as some has mentioned, grinding like that takes its toll on a person, and requires a good deal of stamina and commitment.

A while back I was injured a few months before a meet, and it took everything I had to get back my stamina, the conditioning, and the ability that I had lost because of being injured. I spent the following weeks training everyday up until the meet. In the end, my hardwork paid off and I had done what I had worked so hard for.

So what makes the first situation considered to be "lifeless", and what makes the second situation an achievement? Is it because MMOs are simply games that were to meant to be past times? The dedication is there, the ability to overcome what others can't is there, the goals that are difficult to achieve are there, but most importantly, the choice is there.

Just because you see something an individual is trying to achieve a waste of time, that doesn't mean it is. It's not only an insult to them, its an insult to everyone else who puts forth the extra effort to do more than others. Oh, and btw, those speaking now I'm sure has clocked in numerous hours in fiesta to get to a certain level, and put down the respective effort to do so. Don't look down on others just because they have higher goals than you do.

On Topic: Go Teva! (Thats what this is about right? o_o)

They may not be bragging about highest level in a literal sense but you can't deny the fact that you've seen topics put up in every server forum about being the 1st. It's obvious they (including teva) put up these topics so that the rest of the players could see them, sparking competition.

But you are right, and the few days I've been around you and the guild has taught me to see that for you guys, it's about having dedication and on top of all that, fun the most important ingredient). I might have not been clear when I previously posted in this topic, but I was really talking more about those who are advancing just to start trouble.

I call it an unhealthy obsession for a select few, and even Outspark said that they weren't doing the Legend of Isya competitions anymore due to unhealthy competition. And I agree with them. Is it just me, or does anyone remember the kid that passed away due to heavy gaming on the news?

I'm not anyone to tell you how to live your life or how to spend your time playing Fiesta but some of you really should just ease up a bit. Wearing out your eyes, and fatigue from lack of sleep; It's as easy as taking 5 minutes off to relax your body before you go off to another grind session.

Again, I'm only saying this to those it applies to. I doubt you'd do anything to harm yourself like that Winter, and I say that with deep respect.

Thank you for the gratz folks^^.

I had a hard time figuring out if I wanted to choose Wiz or Warlock, infact I still wasn't certain when I finished my job change quest. I had to finally decide while the choice window was in front of me.

The fact that I have a hellgait staff did play a large part in the decision. If I were to choose Warlock, I would have to switch to a wand in order to use a couple of the skills(mezmerize, metamorphosis). I also don't have much dex in any part of my build or gear so I could use the added aim that staffs provide. Of course, the 3 main AoE's continue to get upgraded as a Wizard but remain pre 100 level as a Warlock. As much fun as I have in pvp, I don't do it that much and prefer to be stronger vs monsters.

The main differences between the two are:

Warlock- uses wand(more m. damage than staff), has mezmerise(skill that puts you to sleep for 20 seconds or until you are attacked), and metamorphosis(you can turn into a bird and fly around)

Wizard- uses staff, has blink (teleports you a short distance out of danger), and summon(summons skeletons to fight along side of you)

Warlock continues to upgrade his 'fire ball' skill(strongest skill) and Wizard does not.

Wizard continues to upgrade his 'nova', 'inferno', 'magic burst' and Warlock does not.

As bad as I wanted to put ppl to sleep and turn into a bird, I'm pretty happy with the summon and blink skill too.

The skeletons actually hit pretty hard but they don't seem to attack the Jewel trees or magmatons in BR. And they don't attack anything in PvP king quest....lol. Maybe they don't work on the whole map of BR and is some sort of glitch but they wouldn't attack JT's or Magmatons. I did try them out on a number of other mobs though and they aren't concerned with KS'ing either...rofl. The poor noobs trying to kill slimes in Roumen didn't stand a chance. The skeletons cleared out all the slimes and mushies in record time. They are also capable of killing brown bears and phouches but they can be overwhelmed by alot of strong mobs.

Another thing I think will make most mages happy is that as a Wizard, my hp stone carrying capacity went from 72 hp stones to 307 hp stones. Sp stones went up in similar numbers but I don't remember exactly. I assume archers will gain a good amount too, so that will be a nice change.

Thank you for being born, Hoozey. T.T

Forget Warlocks. The summoning seems so much more useful than I thought it'd be and I love/would love to continue leveling magic burst and nova and inferno. (I say this, though I intend on leveling my fighter, but maybe the day will come.)

By the way, what's the cooldown on Blink?

By the way, what's the cooldown on Blink?

30 seconds on Blink
2 min on Ice Field AoE
2 min on Electric shock Aoe
4 min on Flame walker(the inferno damage from flame walker is almost non-existent--maybe glitch)
5 min on Summon(skeleton one)

Ice and Lightning blast are warlock-only skills too.

right..forgot about that

Also, the two new AoE's are for both classes. I forgot to talk about them. They are nice for a long distance damage to more than one target but it seems like they have a narrow path of attack. It's not what I thought it would be, as in damaging things around you in all directions.

And everyone keeps telling me to show them the Lightning AoE which I don't have. I looked for it and even saw it on a youtube video but I'm pretty sure it's not available yet.

So, the job quest is at level 100, so has anybody who's done it posted any screens or talked about it >>? I'm curious o.o, depending on if it was better than the second one, I may not stay to get to 100.

I explained it there on the 3rd or 4th page I think. edit: it's on page 7

It's not the job change quest that's cool, it's the new skills you get after it. I'm having fun with them and haven't even begun to grind again 4 days later...hehe.

eeehhhh....hm, no fighting, no new map to go to for some kind of puzzle, it's kinda...lame, I guess. A change of pace, but after grinding and questing, I expect something new and exciting.

~JOB QUEST SPOILERS~(for lower level people reading)
The first job quest surprised me by how different and interactive it was, you fought yourself! and not just a generated monster with your skin on it, it had all your equips and such. The second was a blast, better than the first, part 1 being warped to a strange Roumen with eerie newbies, then suddenly it becomes Halloween town. Part 2 having you gamble your way to the end, or through more enemies. Then part 3, going back in time to see where the town names came from, it wasn't an epic fight, but it was cool fighting alongside npc's, which in itself was an odd but interesting experience.
Thinking of how the first was great, and the second was better, I could only have imagined the third would be the best yet, but it doesn't seem like it o_o
That said, I don't think I really have a reason to stay if that's all I have to look forward to :/

but anyway, grats once again on making the level hooz, and continue taking your time on capping as you have, a slow pace allows you to take everything in.
