Red Body, Dark Grey haired Character?

I am currently on the Apoline Server and while I was killing crabs I noticed a character with red skin and Dark Grey hair, Now I noticed the announcement by Kaalan about red headed characters being a bug so I assume this is a bug as well, Here is a picture of the character.

Just thought I should mention one more thing, Whenever he tried to talk it was a bunch of symbols.

lol it's a curse. :P
It's a debuff that turns your character red. His hair is actually a darker blue, but when the curse is in place, the color turns a bit darker because of the reddish color added to it.

lol not a problem. It's just a simple misconception. Better you know now, and not have to worry about it later when it happens to you. :P
