Creating and starting problem

I have a big problem.
When I login, I choose the server '' Closed beta!'' or something like that. Next, I click on ''create'' but there is the problem. It take me back at the login page where there are news and ''Outspark ID'' and ''password''. Why does it do that and how can I remediate to it?

You may have an error in your game. Have you tried reinstalling it? Or logging in when that screen appears again?
