Red hair is a known bug by the GMs. It is not a hack, but rather a fortunate accident for those who benefit from it.

It is not a bug, it is a hack. GMs have announced several times in game to report (with screen shot) anyone with non-standard color hair as they are exploiting.

I saw a hair hack the other day. His hair was black, long, and in a low ponytail that sort of looked like dreadlocks. His name was RandomSlashes. I asked him, and he said that he got his hair when he was choosing his character, and he wasn't a hack. Could anyone explain the reason for this? I think he hacked it...

Yeah when I first started the game about 4 weeks ago I didn't know that you only could have 3 colors for your hair. A guy named WizardsCreed was spamming in Roumen that he could change my hair to red to give him 750c so I did. Iell I didnt get anything just riped off. Well needless to say I learned my lesson and now I dont pay for anything unless I get it up front. I tried to report him but when I went to put his name in there wasn't enough space to spell his name.
