Squall, if your problem is on the technical side (i.e. trouble logging in, lost your chat box, etc) please post again with more detail on the problem. Its possible that we may be able to help you here. If thats the case, I'll move the thread to the appropriate section upon your reply.
If your problem is not a technical issue but is more along the lines of player harassment, or a violation of the ToS please do not post it in the thread, but PM me. I'll direct you to the appropriate path for contacting an OS staff member in that situation :)

Dear "squall_lion",
Even though everyone else has already said it, I my as well just add onto the comments ^^.
If you wish to contact a GM/CSR because you are having problems or you have concerns/comments, you can take it to the bottom of the forums.
This is were you can report bugs or other issues. If it is not one of those issues, i suggest you send a ticket to a CSR and complain about your problem, it takes them 2-7 days to respond. But they help alot ^^!
And if you ask the question here, maybe some of us follow players can help,
I would like to help ya' out..

^^ I'd prefer to keep it open until the user responds. If its a technical question I can easily move it to the appropriate section where the OP can receive help from those that know how to fix the problem

The answer to that question is not quite clear, my friend; why indeed has he neglected to respond to his own thread?
