Illegal page?

Yesterday while im on elderine a player start to talk of a webpage, <Removed> I want to know if that page is accord with thermes of service and if i can use it. I think that is an illegal form to get more exp end money and i dont want to get my account eliminated so im asking to any GM or any player that can answer me if that page is illegal or not.

I doubt its legal site. Selling sc for gold and vise versa also forbiden (unless u buy from friend), and on such sites u can easily get viruses and lose account (hack).

The sites you see advertised by "Players", and generally flood the chat, are not legit sites. These people are actually bots who spam these sites in an attempt to lure in players so that they can get their login information. The players who go to these sites will usually end up hacked and losing their accounts, as well as putting all of their other information on their computer at risk since most of these sites will put a keylogger onto the computer.

So please do not visit these sites or post them on the forums.

Ok thanks for the information, the problem that i had with this page is that the spammer wasn't a bot so i get confused. But anyway thanks a lot for answering me. (and forgive me if there are spelling mistakes, im spanish ;P)

Is there any chance that legal action can be taken against this sites? I do not live in the US, but I think Information stealing (such as passwords or even worse credit card information) maybe pursued by law.
