Stuck in Temple Of Spirit

Good day Teva rulers and GM-s!

Need help for my friends character Masztra. She stuck in the place named in the title of the topic (Temple Of Spirit). She had a serious lagg, after the entrance gate, she fell out from the game. She saw full black screen with some info on there, she can se her character info but not much. She cannot warp to any of the towns using return scrolls. She has poor english, so any help can be usefull to her. I will deliver to her. Please help. And if it is read by any GM please get her out from there.

Has she tried closing the game and logging back in (relog)? Typically these graphics glitches are fixed that way.

Otherwise, she should probably submit a ticket to a CSR.

She tried the reloging, but not work at all. She fell out from the game. It is not a graphic bug. She cannot wisper either. There is nothing she can see in the screen. Not a word or a letter. How can she submit the CSR ticket?

If she relog the game crashes. Or reload the black screen. She can play with her other characters, but the whispering is still bad.

i had this problem yday.my archer was stuck in FBZ1 for a few hours and my fighter could only go to eldy/cp no other gates worked.

This bug whent after i shut down pc for like 4hr and when i came back it worked..lol idk what it is though.

>.< i m having the problem too , i was walking down the slope to I4 n i sudden got stuck there n after i do a relog they say there r some error n ask to debug after pressing it i cannot go back to may archer, n everytime i log in the the archer the ll have a square box n a blue button for mi to press n i ll jus go back to my char selection screen D:but using other char with the same acct looks ok dunno is TOS bug or wat.
