Hiya, welcome to Fiesta! What level are you? If you're not yet 40, I'd recommend joining a guild academy. To enroll in an academy, head to the Guild Manager in Roumen, Eld or Uruga, click "Guild Academy", check the rankings, then enroll in one of the top academies*. The top-ranked academies will have the most active people and the best rewards for leveling.
(Personally, I recommend Ryekarayn academy.)

*You can enroll either by selecting the "Enroll" option on the Guild Manager menu or going to your community menu ("F" button by default), selecting Guild Academy, hitting the "Enroll Academy" button, then typing in the name of the guild you want.

I'm looking at the guild academies, thanks! I'm only level 12. Just getting the hang of the game. I'm looking at the kingdom quest, the first one. - King Slimes counter attack. But it seems every game has 0 participants. Don't people play these kinds of quests ?

You have to wait for the quest to start. There is a recruitment time on the side; just wait until the quest opens.

ah i started on beejow a while back i found the Aristocrats to be quite an awesome academy to be in :)
