Reverse Order

Ok so i just found out that when clerics and any other class reach 100 they can do the next job change.

But i was just wondering if anyone knows if we can purchase the skill reverse order now when we reach that lvl. Because reverse order is one of the many skills i want to as i lvl my cleric.

So if anybody knows thanks for the info :)
