Reporting Server/Zone issues

Hey Guys,

In order to help fix server down / zone errors a tad bit faster, please fill out this criteria next time.

Server Name:
Map (Zone):


Servers - Teva, Apoline, Bijou, Epith
Map (Zone) - Roumen, Elderine, Uruga

Shouting out issues without specific information is hard to follow. The only reason why I knew it was Bijou is because someone had it in their title. We have to physically check all server issues on the client side before a call is made.

Map (Zones) - all Roumen maps are linked to Roumen (same Zone). If you can log into the town of these maps, you can log into the rest of the connecting maps. If you cannot log into Uruga, chance is all the connecting maps to Uruga are also down. Which in this case, it is.

When reporting issues, be specific, to speed up the process.

zones: AR and Elderine

Uruga is fine, Aew, BR, AR don't work, FoS appears to work as do most Abysses (8X doesnt), elderine doesn't, gates around eld don't work, scrolls to uru/eld/roumen don't work, fbzs works, KQs don't... um.. GHS does... SOD does too according to rumours.. xD

Problem: Unable to leave Uruga due to certain zone not working. Teleporting to Forest of Slumber work but teleporting to Ancient Elven Woods doesn't. I'm not sure if every KQ have this problem or not, but King Kong Phino KQ does not work.

Problem: Gates don't work, u can't log back on if your Char is in Elederline or in Burning Rock. Scrolls only work to Uruga and Roumen, ppl in Forest perimeter can't get out either. KQ are not working either, and battle Zones are also no way out.

Well, I haven't tried any other chars except 1.

I was supposed to get to mara kq, it even had the "kq will begins in 10 secs," then 1 min after, still nothing loaded; I was still in eld. Then I realized the whole eld map froze, I was the only one moving.

as far as ive heard..bijou is the only server with the problems :/ lol every other server seems to be doing fine i think

Problem: Was vending, and when I closed shop, couldn't click on any other vendors, or players to whisper, couldn't port, and when I chose select character, I get an error message "Map is under maint Try again later"

Problem- Can go into the Abysses, but can't go to eldy from FP. Signing up for KQ's automatically kicks me in 2 minutes, and when I finally entered the PvP one, I wasn't able to attack other players.

Two bin errors back to back, entire friends list also dc'd, but shops stayed up in Uruga for the first crash. Got a cannot connect to the server error. Then a disconnected from world server error. Not able to log in yet.

Everyone keeps freezing. Last freeze lasted aroudn 5 minutes and then everything got moving again.

got stuck in CP1 when it all started. scrolls to eld and the gate out to CP don't work. Decided to grind navars while i wait. Then the entire server froze but chat still worked... rolled back all the exp i gained the last hour grinding! grrrr

I can't log onto any of my character that are in Elderine.
Please do a complete server reboot or something, all servers are going down, this must be fixed. Outspark is losing it's touch...every holiday or weekend there is a massive glitch, i've been trying to play all day since i got to stay home nd haven't gotten to play at all.. get your head in the game! Stop working on stupid sparkcash stuff nd get the game under control...

When warping to kq, it loads for about 2 seconds before warping to AR.

According to other players when they managed to get in they lagged everywhere, they were unable to attack anything or change map. Myself, I was booted from the AR map, was placed in SOD by the gate to AR and I was -4% of my exp. I also wasted a charm I had activated.

It is not a bug, according to OS. Please read the post (#06) by CSR Joker on the first page of this thread:
