Rollback is usually more of an extreme measure for a game-wide issue, so individual cases probably won't be afforded a rollback, you know.

Outspark will asses the situation and deal with it accordingly. A rollback is an extreme solution to an extreme problem and is probably not necessary for the situation at hand.

So just because SC items are running out they should roll back? Are you crazy? For that they have this funny thing that's called SC-item-prolonign! Just make all the SC items last longer, even the ones that ran out in the off-time.

it is a extreme problem when people loss sc items and +9's because server secruity might have failed, there seems to be wide spread problems over 2 servers not just one

I haven't heard anyone losing items... Short rollbacks of 5 minutes yes, time running out because you can't do anything, sure but stuff missing?

I know of one person that got dc'ed and came back in 3 minutes later and found nuthing on account, which they submitted a ticket , I was on vent with them when it took place

If you look around the forums Teva is now having issues as well. There happened to be a few staff members lurking the forums on their day off and they're taking the time to fix it.

In an effort to keep all of the information in a few localized places for staff to be able to read through I would appreciate it if you could all go to Silky's thread and provide him with the information needed perhaps we can get the servers up and running again relatively fast.

To the OP: If you're friend is still missing his/her items after the servers come back up please have them submit a ticket. It will be investigated by a CSR and solved accordingly.
