Disconnected from Login Server?

im disconnected from the login server? how, if i have the internet up and running i should be able to play. what do i do?

its not only you, me to, and now it say that the map is under maint oO im like woah? Both Bijou and Teva is like crashing. It is never low population at this time on those servers.
