Today when I just entered the map of Vine Tomb, I got stuck at the gate. So I ended the game, and logged in again. But the launcher showed me the following message.: There was a problem logging you in. Please check that your username and password are correct, and that you are running the latest Outspark software. (Unauthorized: 403). I am quite sure that I input the correct username and password.
