k look, im doing a few power lvls to people willing to pay with sc items.

im only doing people from lvls 20-40, any higher than that would be a waste of time

i want a few things from sc store including charms, extenders, demon set, angle set, a house, and a few other.

if u wana get plvled just put the following info in

I WILL requier that u gift the item before we start with the plvl.
This is due to people not gifting after i finish plvling them.
They had made me loose trust on the rest of the people.
If you dont trust me dont try and convince me to plvl first cuz i wont, if you dont like it simply dont tell me to plvl.

If u feel some anger or something feel free to post some hate mail

From what i know gifting in exchange for plvl is not against the TOS
If it is point me to where it sais and i will delete my post

Sadly, and I do mean this. SADLY, thus far... it is not against the ToS to power level someone for gifts. In my opinion it should be, but it isn't. However, since the GMs don't allow people advertising enhancement services anymore on the forums...

... Not to sure how well this will go over with them.

in this situation wouldn't the gifting be considered a payment, which in turn translates into an in game currency for paying for the plvling service? when you think of it this way, it breaks the ToS rules by using gifting as an in game currency

Hi everyone,

Shadowic flagged me to check this thread so let's get to that point:

The short version:

Gifting someone for power level services should be OK in most cases. However, Outspark will not get involved when these activities go bad. If you engage in these activities, do so at your own risk. As always, never give any account information out to another user (except for the Spark ID, which is required to send the gift). Sharing account information is the number one cause for compromised accounts.


The long version:

Make sure you do not exchange account information. No matter what the situation is, asking or getting asked for information regarding logging in to someone else's account is a major offense and will get you in major trouble.

We do not encourage power leveling in return for gifts, although it's not illegal, asking for a gift as a condition to helping someone in game becomes more of a complicated situation especially if there is a disagreement. This is something that Outspark staff will never get involved in. You help someone, they send you a thank you item or note or message or whatever, that's all good, don't report a scam if you are not happy with whatever you thought they should send you (enhancement scamming flashbacks, that's why we made enhancement services illegal).

Please remember that gifting items in return for game currency is strictly prohibited. I am sure someone will try to stretch their luck and claim this was a gift for helping. We do monitor gifting. If we find abuse, we will act on those accounts (we already have enforced this rule a few times).
