not bad, next step is to try to change the speed of the clips so they actually dance on the beat of the music. :D

Try to add a plot or change maps, characters, have a lot more people. =p

Meh.
Way too long. I got the idea after the first minute. The same dance, with the same repetitive song.
None of the camera angles were especially good... they all kind of fell out of the common guidelines for shot compositions.
One way you could've improved it; if you absolutely had to have a 4 minute video, is to make it more of a compilation of dancing next to people. The extra dancers didn't really help it or make it more interesting at all. If it were 10 more, then it might've been impressive and worth seeing.
But, as I said, it's meh. You could've done better, but you could've done worse. For your first video, it's a good job. Use the advice you get to make your second one even better.
