Is there anyway at all possible to have a guild option request button that we can toggle? I have found guilds to be disappointing on the whole and would rather not be in one.
When I try to remain alone, i get inundated with guild requests.
This can become very aggravating when I am trying to go to a map or shop. SOS allows a party request button and a buddy register button that can be toggled to give someone peace when they don't want to be asked.
Give those of us who choose to remain guildless some peace and quiet by adding that simple little button.
It seems the only way to avoid those constant requests is to join a guild. :/ That kind of defeats the purpose.

I get this problem a lot too.
Especially when the guilds don't take NO for an answer
and request the instant you click no.
Imagine how annoying and cheap it is in PvP. <<

Ouch. That is a dirty tactic.
I've had a leecher harass me with the party request button but i was able to finally disable it. There seems to be no relief here.
My suggestion needs to be implemented.

What are the chances of someone official looking at this thread and commenting?

Please don't necro old threads. It's against the rules.

I can't necro old threads even though this one is from the end of May but at the same time they don't want people posting duplicate threads?
Looks like a no win situation.

Nah. You can make a new thread. If the old thread is dead, then I don't think they would mind.

the thread is 1 month old, and if some1 made a newer topic about this, it would be closed, since there is already an existing topic
anyways, deo, u even said it was ok to post on a thread if its only a month old

Nobody even goes on the Feedback/Suggestions section anyways, and if it's on the front page, it hardly seems like Necro-ing. ;)
This is a good idea. Guild requests are really annoying and lots of people just made their own guilds only for themselves just to stop the requests.

*Stamp of support* 98% of the time if someone is 8x and not in a guild, it's by choice.
This would be an easy feature to implement, and it would save me a lot of headache if people would quit spamming my healer with guild invites when she's in the middle of healing for me. ><
