game issues

i just downloaded the game the other night just got it patched and then when i start the game it starts in a window not full screen and when i go to create a char it doesn't show the char so i can change its appearance. does any one know what i can do to fix this or any one having the same problem....please help:confused:

ok well the new patch got the full screen to work but know still cant see the char when im creating it i guess no biggy but the txt is kinda hard to read

Oh this is a issue with Vista and OpenGL drivers. Sound like you have not patched properly. Its not your fault it just happens sometimes. I suggest uninstall and reinstall. Also if you dont have a good video card you will have minor issues like you described.
