What should i put my points in as I level? Dex? And when should i start to put it in SPI. Will i be able to reset these? I seen that gudie it had like 1:3, what does this represent?

Not that hard. 1:3 means 1 point goes into that and then 3 points go into another stats. so technically 1 point on one level and 3 points on the next 3 levels. Anyhow I put my points in dex/str for dmg and hit rate.
